We all deserve one hour to ourselves - 55 minutes to recenter, refocus and be completely selfish about our self care. This one hour can help put us in a better emotional, mental and physical space in order to be the better mom, wife, caregiver, worker, daughter, sister, friend etc. Regular practice will help to improve posture, balance, flexibility, whole body strength and promote health and well being. Allowing for better endurance for other physical and or daily life activities.
Private sessions are available both in person and virtually via zoom.
Looking for flexibility in your Pilates practice? Marcellina offers privates, duets and small group classes via Zoom to accommodate all fitness levels and busy on the go lifestyles. Zoom classes offer flexibility in taking your Pilates classes on work trips, vacations or even outdoors!
